Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Morzique pieces. If something is not quite right, please review our return and exchange policy below.
Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. To start a return or exchange request, email us at support@morzique.shop with your order number and reason for the request.
1. Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Return requests submitted after the return window may not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:
- Item is unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Item has no stains, perfume, makeup marks, deodorant marks, pet hair, or signs of wear
- Original tags and packaging are included
- Return request is submitted within the return window
- Proof of purchase or order number is provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, customization, or final sale reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Accessories, jewelry, or intimate items where applicable
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or stained
- Items returned without authorization
- Items returned outside the approved return window
4. Exchanges
If you would like a different size, color, or style, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to item availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or an alternative solution based on your situation.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed mistake on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Morzique is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, our customer care team will help provide a suitable solution.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Original Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part.
If your order received free shipping and is returned, any applicable shipping or handling costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return policy.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
